ALL ABOUT MOTIVATION & EDUCATION (AAME), a 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit Organization whose goal is to provide free access to education for underprivileged children in primary schools, grades Pre K-6th in developing countries. Our mission began 5 years ago in Haiti, a country where most families live in poverty and children are not afforded the same opportunities as the public school system in the US because 90% of Haiti’s schools are private. AAME pays school tuition for over 1500 children in 6 different communities throughout Haiti ( St. Marc, Croix-des-Bouquets, Leogane, Fon Tamara, Marchand Dessalines, and Gros-Morne). We envision becoming a global organization that can impact the lives of children facing similar challenges throughout different countries all over the world.

Meet our team
Chief Executive Officer of AAME Non-Profit. Earned his Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. His interpersonal leadership skills and experience stemmed from his previous background as a Law Enforcer, Realtor/Investor, and Entrepreneur. Gary is passionate and genuinely concerned about underprivileged kids. He works tirelessly to ensure the growth and progress of every child we serve comes to fruition. Gary is an exemplary role model with high standards and expectations for this Organization.
Sindy is a Registered Nurse for 15 yrs with dual Bachelors degree in Nursing and Biology. Nationally Board Certified in Medical-Surgical and Ambulatory Care Nursing. Sindy is very goal-oriented and caring. Her compassion for helping others and making a difference sparked her career interest. She attributes her blessings to lending a hand to others and her generosity. Sindy is the Chief Financial Officer for AAME. She grew up in Fontamara, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. At 14 yrs old she came to the US to live with her dad after her mom’s passing. Her experiences and roadblocks shaped her into the person she is today. Sindy is very capable and efficient in her pledge to whole-heartedly help those who are less fortunate.
Scarlette Gaudin is passionate and committed to serving others within her community and beyond to anyone in need. Originally from Elizabeth, NJ, Ms. Gaudin went on to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology at Lock Haven University, in which she majored in Biology. Ms. Gaudin is an Environmental Specialist for Newark Board of Education and serves as a member of the Roselle Park Environmental Commission.
Ms. Gaudin serves as a Board member and Director of Operations for All About Motivation and Education (A.A.M.E) Nonprofit. She works to achieve the overall mission to provide education for children in developing countries by strategizing ways to seek resources and utilize them to fund school tuition for children living in poverty.
Roodlee is a behaviorist at a Non-profit Organization. Work with people who are at a disadvantage combating daily psychosocial challenges. Responsible to ensure community inclusion for all clients. Charismatic and selfless. Passionate about helping children in impoverish communities. Organize fundraising events throughout the year.
Mickel-Ange MontLouis is a devoted husband and father of five beautiful children. Educator and Entrepreneur. Mickel works for NJ Transit as a Seasonal Trainer and Operator. He has earned his Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, and also a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies.
Mickel is a Board Director at AAME since 2017. He was motivated to join this organization upon seeing its dedication to helping the less fortunate children to acquire some level of education. Anyone who is motivated by success and who has a heartfelt desire to help little children with a better future must join AAME and/or contribute to its cause.
Mark Pierre is a 30 year entrepenuer from West Orange, NJ. He graduated from Ohio State University in 2014 with a BS in Computer Science. He currently owns two businesses,
Neat Freekz Cleaning Service and Pro Cops Security where he overseas operations for over 200+ employees. Mark has been on several mission trips to Haiti in the past
and is looking to expand his reach and Philanthropy on several projects with AAME. In his spare time, Mark enjoys cheering on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden or hanging out with his dog Tokyo.
